Location and room was beautiful but the staff was the star. Our check in was early but and the staff took care of us. The Concierge took time to show us the significance of the gold bricks. Helped us with directions, canal cruise and some coffee.

Good location
Not exactly 5 star quality, and we were told that we were only allowed one complementary bottle of water per day. Food service delivery was poor.

Excellent location. Spacious room
The second bathroom was so big they could have put a shower in it instead of just a toilet. Also the basin the second bathroom was extremely tiny

Great location. Excellent staff. Comfortable bed.
Beware - there are five stairs in every first floor room. The bathroom and closet were on the floor as you walk in and the bed, desk and a couple of chairs were downstairs. Our room was also right next to a loading zone on the street and it was quite noisy every morning at 7. We paid for a canal view…only visible if you leaned out and looked to the far right. There were also no drawers. When we questioned this at the desk, they responded—you have a wardrobe—we did not and there was no room to put one.
The bed was very comfortable but we didn’t get housekeeping at all except for one of the three nights we stayed — after we informed the front desk.
Lastly, the breakfast was 50 Euros per person, per day. One of their excellent concierges recommended an adorable breakfast place nearby.
