The location was very good-close to centre of city in a relatively quiet location depending on the room allocation. To be fair the accommodation was of a high standard despite the problem with room allocation on the first night.
I was competing in the Marathon on Sunday in Palma but unfortunately I was allocated a disabled room on the street level which was not sound proof and therefore I didn't get any sleep that night. I was told by the male receptionist that's the way it is when you book in a city hotel! That's not what was advertised though so I felt a bit let down.
After raising the issue with a very pleasant receptionist I was moved to a different room the following day which was quieter and we managed to sleep.
