Excellent location, barely 10 minutes walk from CHorsu Bazaar, and near the metro station. Despite this excellent location, the room was very quiet, no traffic noise at all. The hotel is very beautiful, the courtyard is gorgeous, with the beautiful dome of the State Circus visible. The rooms are lovely-I was in a double room on the ground floor, Room 2-it's huge, very comfortable chairs, and beautiful bathroom. Very generous with toiletries. Good breakfast also, extensive selection of hot and cold dishes, fruits and juices. There's always someone at reception, even when we checked out at 4 am, and he very kindly helped us with our luggage.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we requested something, they were always willing to assist and resolved our issues promptly. We really appreciated their helpful attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs.
We booked a room for four people with four separate single beds, as clearly shown in the booking photos. However, upon arrival, the room had one double bed and two single beds instead.
Additionally, the room was not properly prepared for four guests. There were only three towels, and insufficient toiletries and drinking water. We repeatedly had to contact the staff to request additional towels, water, and an extra blanket for the double bed. Although the staff kindly resolved these issues each time, it was frustrating to constantly have to ask for basic amenities that should have been provided from the start.
Furthermore, the breakfast was rather mediocre, just about adequate, and the bathroom felt somewhat outdated.
Overall, we were disappointed with the value for money. Considering the price we paid, we expected better facilities and a room that matched what we had booked.
