Fantastic location just opposite the theatre and an amazing coffee shop place on the corner! Great breakfast (but often not sufficient coffee cups or glasses available) and beautiful flower arrangements in the lobby!
The hotel (used by many tour groups) is well kept but feels 'old'. Not inspiring and lacking 'grandeur'! Rooms are boring. No use of the nice top floor. As we were suffering a jet lag we needed to sleep and put the 'do not disturb sign on'. We were however twice disturbed. Very frustrating!

Nice hotel even had a table tennis table. Staff very attentive and helpful especially with taxis
Slightly far away from centre and restaurant couldn’t cope with dinner as it had party of 16 so had to just have Pizza but there are some restaurants close to hotel

Excellent hotel. Beautiful architecture. Great location next to the Tashkent theatre and 10 minutes walk to perhaps amongst the most beautiful metro station in the world. Some great restaurants close by.
Really friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
Nothing.
