I LOVED everything! I know it’s new, but I felt like a princess from the “Arabian Nights” staying there.
The staff was amazing, especially Mr. Baxrom from the reception desk, whom I bothered repeatedly with requested to call me taxis. Would definitely stay there again!

Very beautiful highly decorated hotel with great authentic traditional cultural taste. Beautiful comfy rooms with full amenities and toiletries. Beautiful modern bathroom. Thanks to Hojiakbar in the reception desk for support with taxi and luggage. Also great respect to Shaxzod the guest manager for going around guests and asking them about their stays and experience. He's a good listener and host: offered drinks (coffee /tea) and even pulov to make us happy after complaint about automatic messages. Breakfast was lavish and tasty. Restaurant decorations were super. TV is good as only place with English language TV I saw in Uzbekistan. Close to Chorsu Market: within walking distance and Islamic Civilization Center.
View from my room ... Would have loved if it was street front view, but it's ok.

Very nice architecturally and interiorly designed hotel, very close to the new Islamic Civilization Center. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and above all very clean. The breakfast is very varied and has a huge selection, for all tastes.

La struttura e’ in posizione centrale, ma purtroppo davanti a uno stradone, le finestre esterne alla corte sono direttamente su una strada molto trafficata a tre corsie, le finestre interne alla corte invece guardano su un cortile spoglio dove ci sono pure delle macchine parcheggiate, hanno perso l’occasione di farlo carino, mettendoci delle piante.
Le camere sono piccolissime, noi siamo due donne, con una sola valigia, magre, non riuscivamo a girarci nella stanza quando provavamo la valigia. Non ci sono armadi ma solo un appendino, il bagno è un buco dove ci sta al massimo una persona. Insomma hanno sfruttato al massimo gli spazi ma questo non crea conforto per i clienti. Hanno risparmiato anche sulle lenzuola che sono di qualità molto scadente, mezze sintetiche, insomma, qui non ci vedremo non ci vedranno mai più.
