The room was spacious, clean and tge beds were comfy. Also appreciated the free parking
Booked a large double bed. Got 2 singles made up and pushed together. Never had this before anywhere. Ordered a breakfast box as we had to leave early, they forgot it. Dinner buffet was luke warm & not great quality. Booked shared private pool, shouldn't have bothered it's literally 3m from the main pool. Pointless, no privacy at all.
Showerhead was ridiculously low. No way you can wash your hair with one hand.

Comfortable and very clean room. Loads of space
Friendly staff
Quick journey from Heraklion airport
Food ok to poor - half board dinner especially disappointing so we opted to pay for food in the Petousis taverna instead
Small bath towels
WiFi very sporadic

Baby bed was really nice.
Bedroom was spacious, very nice and lovely decorated.
Ac worked great.
Small fridge is a + to have in the besroom.
Welcome fruit and wine was lovely ๐๐คฉ
Jacuzzi wasnt clean afther the rain with sand.
The floors of the bedroom even after maids passed to clean were dirty - we always leave our shoes in the entry of the bedroom. I was under the impression that they made the beds, change towels and only that.
The pillows are hard, several differents ones but all hard.
