beautiful resort with wonderful food, lots of selection even for a vegan, great beach, good pool, friendly staff, nice updated room, great shower, they seem to feed the stray cats there
our room in the main bldg was a bit on the small side for 3 people (our daughter is 16), the heated pool was not warm enough for us in October, some of the cats on the property need medical attention, there is wind on the beach

Nice beach, large, beautiful resort area.
Not bad per se, but value for money is not satisfactory. Small rooms. Hotel App did not work. Requested pick-up did not take place. Small things add up.

Our room was very close to the beach and the beach bar. The food in the buffet was excellent! I was pleased with the list of inclusive alcoholic drinks available. The staff was very helpful and friendly everywhere at the resort.
One afternoon our air conditioner quit working after they performed maintenance on it. However, they completely replaced the unit the following day. So we experienced one hot night in our room. I can't think of anything else that was unpleasant.

Resort was awesome! Pools and beach were great! Buffets were good. Staff was friendly
We thought we were getting a walk in shower per room description. What we got was a very tall tub with shower. My husband is 72 yrs old with 2 knee replacements. Getting in and out of shower was not easy. Also… bed was 2 twins pushed together. Not a fan. Only outlet in bathroom was attached to hairdryer and didn’t work so unable to use curling iron in bathroom.
