Ocean House #2302 is a Gulf-front condominium located on the third floor of Building II, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1000 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: King bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6. NO MONTHLY'S
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

Condo was great. Very clean. Elevator was great. Fast did not have to wait. Great balcony and pool. Easy to get to beach. Master bedroom could use a new king bed.Sheets were shrunk kept keeping off bed. Otherwise it was great.

Be careful when you book at Ocean House and parking is not provided with the your rental! We had to buy parking passes twice for two vehicles during our ten day stay. So it cost us 160 for parking and this was not mentioned during booking at all! The condo itself was absolutely nice and well kept! The noise was bad above and both sides and also able to hear people run back and forth outside of the front door. It has a beautiful view onto the Ocean and was outstanding. The elevators was kind of a pain because every time you went to get on it for some reason it stays on the 7th floor and you have to wait on it all the time!
