This approximately 1,300 square-foot condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Street-Side Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a garden tub with shower. Also, has balcony with limited view of the bay.
Third Bedroom: Two bunks beds (4 twins) with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

This condo is great! Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The complex isn’t huge, so never had to wait on an elevator. They sell ice on site. Location is near the heart of Gulf Shores, but far enough down from 59 that the traffic isn’t crazy getting in and out. We did have to go somewhere else to get the key. Biggest down side. I’d rather not have to keep up with a key. Other than that. I will definitely be staying here again. Especially with a group.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The furnishings were nice, but the building is really dated. The stove and the washer dryer didn’t work well. I had to clean the remote with a Clorox wipe. I would not stay here again.
