Ocean House #2204 is a Gulf-front condominium located on the second floor of Building II, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1000 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

Great view on a nice big balcony! Beds were comfy and bedroom spacious. Plenty of seating in the living room and very convenient to the pool and elevator. The only downside to our stay was that the kitchen is small and right near the entrance so it can get crowded. The ac works great and the pool has tons of seating available! Overall great stay!

Overall condo was in good shape. A little outdated in some aspects. My only two complaints is that there were no batteries in some of the remotes and there is an electric recliner that didn’t work. It was stuck with the foot rest half out. Did also not have a vacuum that worked really. We vacuum seal our clothes and was unable to use the vacuum. Overall not a bad stay beds were comfy and we always love staying in ocean house.

The condo was older than it looked in the pictures, but manageable. Good location and very close to the beach. It had a buildup of dirt by the ceiling vents, definitely needs a good scrubbing.
Our biggest problem was gnats inside the condo, especially the kitchen area. Contacted the rental company who said the would have maintence right out…yeah whatever, never heard from them. Not wanting to play phone tag all week, we bought cleaning supplies to give the kitchen area a good scrubbing and hopefully cure the problem. Nope, still couldn’t get rid of the gnats.
I’m sure other units in the complex are nicer and have a better management company involved. But, we won’t stay in this unit again or use the same management company. The reviews were wrong on this one.
