About this apartment rental
Beautiful studio is located in the heart of the historic district on one of the most desirable streets on Nantucket, walking distance to restaurants, shops and museums. It was featured in the summer issue of ONLY Nantucket Magazine.
The studio apartment is on the lower level and has a private entrance, two windows and a glass-paneled door, double bed (custom murphy bed w/ recessed reading lights and spring-loaded power arms for easy access), full bathroom with a large rain shower head with handheld nozzle, sofa, coffee table, dedicated office area with desk and chair, large Smart TV, personal AC/Heating thermostat. There is a security camera on the exterior of the building above the staircase.
There is an efficiency kitchen: top electric range, half refrigerator, plenty of cabinets, hightop table with two swivel chairs. There are two closets, dresser and a small office. The exterior has a private outdoor shower.
You can walk, bike or take a bus easily from our address.

We loved our stay in this property. The studio was clean and comfortable. The hosts were so kind, met us upon arrival, and made sure we knew where everything was we might need. They even periodically checked in to see if we needed help with anything. The studio was perfect for us and is easy walking distance to town. We highly recommend!

Just like the pictures show, everything was new and updated, comfortable and a close walk to town. More importantly, the owners were wonderful. We had an amazing time!

We were very disappointed to learn this was a basement unit. We feel this should be noted in the listing. The Murphy bed was very uncomfortable.
No clean towels for three days.
