About this house rental
Excellent Mid-Island location, convenient to island bus & along the bike path to popular Surfside Beach; walk to the grocery store, liquor store, take-out & dine-in restaurants.
1 week (FRI 4 pm -FRI 10 am) minimum during summer. NO PETS, please.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub. The upstairs floor has a similar bathroom with 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another with 2 single beds.

Casabella is a fantastic and clean home with everything you need! Our family of four had lots of space and is close to several beaches. It’s a long mile walk to town but very doable. Loved our week in Nantucket and will be back!

This was a great place to stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was cozy. Jo was very easy to communicate with, and our family of 5 had a great time. Also, the yard is absolutely beautiful! From the chinese maple in front to the hydrangeas around the house, it was a very private yard. Highly recommend!

Joanne's cottage was everything and more.......spacious living areas, cute back deck to enjoy your morning coffee and a quick ride into town. You get all the privacy and quiet you need while only being a few minutes away from restaurants and shops! Would definitely book again!!!!

Excellent location for catching the free city buses, house was well equipped, clean, and had a charming ambiance. Joann was very easy to communicate with. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casabella. I would highly recommend it.
