The breakfast was pretty good. The view was nice. It was a short walk to the Promenade and Diocletians Palace. It was nice to be on the Sea. The staff was amazing.
The breakfast buffet had no gluten free offerings like baked goods. That was disappointing. There was no restaurant. The room was very small and was carpeted and out of date. The area around the hotel was ugly and filled with construction.

View of the beach was magnificent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was fabulous. Everything we wanted it to be! 15 min walk to the city.
N/A we did have a push top in our view of the balcony but it was ok.

Location to Ferry was great. Wanted to be at the beach and we were. The blackout curtain went floor to ceiling and wall to wall. The service at the front desk was exceptional, helping with baggage to catch an Uber at 5:15 am!
Nothing.

The room was ok, but massively overpriced (double of what you pay at prime spots even)
Lobby/breakfast area reminded on 2-3 star hotel level. A loud construction site just under the balcony, walking to the center you pass a very unpleasant scenery, did not feel safe at the beach zone neither. Hotel pool is a bigger bath tub, sauna a little box.
