Great location with friendly staff. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast of a high standard.
Can't think of anything I didn't like other than a very minor thing... arriving late at night I found the signage a bit difficult and went to the wrong entrance. Couldn't find the hotel name on the outside but this was pretty minor.

It's a very comfortable, heritage hotel in a very central location. Our room and bathroom were well appointed. The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a very good cafe/bar/restaurant which is excellent for people-watching in the square, and there's also a rooftop bar with a great view.
This is not a complaint, but advice to guests arriving by car. Even though you can enter the hotel's address in the GPS, you can't actually drive there because it's in a pedestrian area. To avoid confusion and frustration it would be best to phone the hotel and get the GPS address for the parking, which is a short distance away. In any case, the hotel has to send a staff member to meet you there and open the parking space.

Beautiful building and good location.
The restaurant was the main focus for the hotel. The breakfast was poor and although they have a great seating area at the front, hotel guests are put at the back of the building mainly inside. As a non hotel guest you get to sit at the front and have far superior food and drinks. Very disappointing experience.
