The location of the property was fantastic! We were right inside the palace and just steps from amazing restaurants, shops and sites.
The room was well-appointed, if not a bit on the small side, and the beds were very comfy.
The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The breakfast selection could have been better and there weren’t enough seats in the breakfast room. There was quite a lot of noise coming from the street - those early morning bells - but that was expected given the central location.

Booked this hotel on a whim, very last-minute. We were extremely happy with what we found. The hotel was right in the centre of Split. Breakfast was a serve-yourself buffet with both hot and cold options, and very good. The only exception was the coffee machine which couldn't produce a decent flat white coffee, but we managed to work around it to make something drinkable. Our room didn't have coffee-making facilities.
We used the taxi service, arranged by the hotel, from the airport - we recommend!!
A way of making coffee in our room as provided by most hotels. That was all. Otherwise excellent.

The staff were very helpful.
The beds were comfortable

Central location, good breakfast
Room was full of smoke each night from grill / kitchen downstairs, having to sleep in a room that smells like grilled meat is disgusting (and very unexpected given the prices they charge, in this case eur500 for 2 nights)
