Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: The condo boasts one of kind granite that you will not see anywhere else, there are full-size appliances, Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TVs in master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" SMART TV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bed has been upgraded with high end tempurpedic mattresses!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Property was great! Check in and out was simple and easy! Moved the condo with the views! Only complain is the security guard pointing out kids individually in front of everyone at the pool calling them out. He threatened to shut the slide down which I don’t agree with guest pay extra to stay at your place because it has a slide. I understand rules are rules but maybe parents should be addressed alot if the kids left the pool and did not get back on the slide because the interaction with the security guard Sunday around 2pm. Other than that interaction it went fine but if someone ask me my opinion I would definitely share about the security guard so they would know up front.

Very nice condo and only real complaint was on windy days, apparently air travels into balcony vent, then into the walls, hitting pipes inside, causing tapping sound in the wall/ceiling of the master..strange, I know. Maintenance said nothing can be done but annoying at night. Area rugs appeared stained/dirty. The building’s elevators were impressive…fast and always clean. Kids pool and slide, huge bonus

Wonderful property! Great for groups that like their privacy. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an attached full bath. The bedrooms are huge. The beds are comfy. The views are magnificent. Very easy check-in. Must purchase a parking pass upon arrival. Well worth it.I let the property management know that the unit could use a little deep cleaning. All in all, the place was clean though. Just some minor details…
