About this apartment rental
This attractive and comfortable non-smoking vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a two-story addition to a spa-style villa. It features an entryway, a bright living/dining room with a beautiful kitchen (dishwasher, microwave with oven, fully automatic coffee maker, freezer compartment, and much more), a separatebedroom with a double bed, a stylish shower room, and a southwest-facing balcony with an awning for shade and relaxation. A beach chair and an underground parking space are available to our guests seasonally. Wireless Internet access is available using your own device, and there are various bicycle storage areas. For a fee: coin-operated washers and dryers are available for shared use. Pets are not allowed.

Security Deposit: We have furnished this “Wohlfühlappartement” to a very high standard. Therefore, we require a security deposit.
Check-in and Check-out: Daily; however, from June through the end of September, we do not offer check-in on Saturdays, as we cannot ensure an adequate level of cleaning during that time, and this also allows our guests to enjoy a more relaxed check-in and check-out experience. The apartment is available on the day of arrival no later than 4:00 p.m. and can be occupied until 10:00 p.m. On the day of departure, it must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, left in the same condition as it was found. We are, of course, open to individual arrangements outside the high season, and if cleaning logistics allow, the times mentioned above can be adjusted. You’re booking directly with us, not through an agency!!! We offer our guests a “feel-good” package so that the beds are made and hand and kitchen towels are ready upon arrival. This package can be added for just €12.50 per person, or you can bring all your own linens. In any case, the final cleaning fee of €69 is payable separately in 2026. The current visitor’s tax is added and is also payable to us. We’ll issue the visitor’s tax cards and send them along with your travel documents.
Regarding amenities: Basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and soap are provided for your initial needs; however, once these are used up, you’ll need to purchase replacements yourself.

Zusätzlich Kosten für spätere Schlüsselübergabe, 15-50€ wurde vorher nie erwähnt, bei Anreise ab 22.00 Uhr keine Schlüsselübergabe mehr möglich. Entweder man schläft im Auto oder sucht sich ein Hotelzimmer.

Wie die Bilder bereits zeigten, ein kleines, sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment in dem es an nichts fehlte. Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und sehr zentral gelegen. Besonders charmant, der eigene Strandkorb in guter Lage! Schnell ist man an der Ostsee sowie bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Restaurants.

Wie waren Mieter in diesem ausgesprochen schönen Appartement. Uns gefiel nicht nur die harmoische + komfortable Ausstattung, auch die Ruhe. Man wohnt im Obergeschoss und hat keine "Quälgeister" über sich. Wir haben die Zeit so genossen, wie noch nie einen andeen Urlaub bevor. Usedom war das erste Mal unser Ziel und es werden bestimmt noch viele unserer Urlaube dort verbracht. Wäre schön, wenn wir immer diese Wohnung mieten dürften. Christiane + Stefan
