The comfortable two-room apartment offers 44 square meters of space for two people and is located on the first floor of the building.
The cozy living room is furnished with a couch, a dresser, and a TV—perfect for relaxing movie nights. The kitchen opens directly onto the living area; it is fully equipped and, with a microwave and a mini-oven, is perfect for satisfying those little hunger pangs in between meals. Whether you choose to eat at the dining table in the kitchen area or enjoy a cozy meal for two on the balcony, the choice is yours. Thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, you can enjoy many beautiful hours of sunshine on the balcony. The bedroom features a double bed (sleeping area: 1.80 x 2.00 m) and includes a wardrobe with plenty of space for your clothes.
