There’s also a tennis court just about 150 meters from the house—perfect for a spontaneous game in the morning or afternoon. The nearby beech forest pleasantly complements the location. It’s perfect for walks, little exploration trips with children, or a quick jog—quiet, green, and relaxing, without being out of the way.


Here, historic charm meets modern comfort, lovingly designed for up to four people—perfect for small families looking to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The bright living area with a gas fireplace creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels at home. The comfortable couch invites you to snuggle up, play, or relax, while the flat-screen TV provides entertainment. High-quality solid wood parquet flooring and durable designer wallpaper from the U.S. highlight the apartment’s stylish character.


The kitchen, custom-built by a local carpenter, is a special place to spend time together as a family. An oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are all provided, and the dining area for four people, with a view of the peaceful park, is perfect for breakfast, dinner, or fun hours of games and crafts.


Sleeping accommodations include a comfortable bedroom with a box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses) and a sleeper sofa in the living area that can be unfolded to accommodate two people if needed. A wardrobe provides ample storage space, while parents and children can wind down together here at the end of the day.

So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel.


The bathroom features a stylish color scheme, large-format dark natural stone tiles, light-colored bathroom fixtures, and brass fittings and accessories. A walk-in shower rounds out your comfortable stay and ensures a deluxe feel-good experience.


In the bedroom, it’s possible to accommodate a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can book the travel crib for an additional fee.

Sauna lovers will also find plenty to enjoy: The in-house sauna is just a few steps from the apartment and easily accessible in your bathrobe—ideal after an active day at the beach or in the woods.

A free parking space right next to the building, Wi-Fi, a communal barbecue area, and a washer and dryer (for a fee) round out your stay.


A special bonus: With your spa pass, you can ride the Kaiserbäderline buses for free within the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
