Location and amenities were great very comfortable bed as well
Not much but I think it could have benefited from black out blinds

Pleasant decor. Clean and comfortable bed. Quiet location. Close to transport links and walkable distances to key sites. Close to the places we wanted to visit. Grocery stores nearby.
Excellent communications via messages and convenient self-check-in via code.
Cramped compact room with little comfort for mature travellers: room 105! Two chairs by the dining table but otherwise nowhere to sit. Images on Booking (and the price paid!) gave us the impression that we had booked and payed for a SPACIOUS APARTMENT (102???!) WITH SEPARATE ARMCHAIR SEATING AREA… as shown on the fire exit info sheet on the back of the door.
Very cramped shower cubicle: accessed by folding door!
Very little space between bed and wardrobe and bed and windowsill.
Large windows (fairly thin = sirens at busy road at end of the lane could be heard all the time) letting in much street LIGHTPOLLUTION at night: there is only a roller blind so the room is never really dark - disappointing lack of sleep quality.

I liked how central it was and how peaceful the property was.
My toilet wasn’t clean, it had a black stain in it and it made me uncomfortable through out my stay. Stayed for 8 days and I had to call on the 5th day about my complimentary cleaning and they came to clean it on the 6th day. Even with that I had to text and ask about it first, I didn’t like it at all.
