Over all I was very satisfied

Unit was clean, maintained well and location was great

No air conditioning but each room had a fan. Also blinds did not fully black out the sun so rooms were very bright early in the morning

The apartment needs repairs

It is close to the city center.

We were quite disappointed with this apartment, especially considering its very high review scores. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the photos or our expectations. The apartment appears quite neglected and would benefit from significant maintenance and refurbishment. There were multiple broken or damaged items, stained walls that clearly need repainting, and furniture showing considerable wear and tear. In the larger bedroom, some furniture shown in the listing photos (such as the coffee table) was missing, and the room looked noticeably different from the pictures. Cleanliness was also a concern. In the smaller bedroom, we found hair on and under the bed, along with some debris, and there was no convenient space to store luggage. The mattress protectors in both beds contained hair and other residues, which made us question whether all bedding had been properly changed between guests. The extra bed in the larger room also had an unpleasant odor. As a result, we ended up using our own towels as a barrier when sleeping. The towels provided were stained and heavily worn. The kitchen had a persistent odor, particularly coming from the refrigerator. The bathroom, especially the door, showed signs of damage and wear that suggested previous water-related issues. Additionally, the dining chairs were stained and had visible residues from previous use. Another issue was privacy. The windows had only blackout curtains and no sheer curtains, meaning guests must choose between having no natural light or having little privacy from outside. Overall, the apartment does not reflect the condition presented in the listing photos and would benefit greatly from improved cleaning, maintenance, and updating. Given the excellent reviews, we were genuinely surprised by the condition we encountered.

Comfy apartment with everything you need

The location of the apartment was great! The size was comfortable for two people, the apartment is on the third floor but that was not a big issue for us, supermarket just opposite of the house

The apartment is probably not really comfortable for more than 4 people, but for us it worked perfectly fine :)

8 / 10

Excellent location, a bit small for large family.

The location was excellent. Close to the market square and Barbican. Very near a grocery shop. The kitchen was equipped with the necessities including coffee. Overall we were happy with our stay for these reasons.

The floors were a bit dirty under the beds and the place was almost uncomfortably small for the number of people it is said to accommodate. The kitchen did not have a toaster or microwave and a few of the dishes were still dirty from a previous tenant (put away without being washed).

Lokalizacja
