Amazing

The apartment was great and clean. We had everything that we needed (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) The location of the apartment is also great and close to everything and also the communication with the owner very fast and easy, he even recommended where to eat :) overall our stay was perfect! i definitely recommend

Id recommend this place 100%, quite area, close to the center and awesome place

The location was good, as well tbh i didn’t expect the place to be that good but it was awesome , money worth it.

Maybe the bed in the main room could be comfier but still it was comfy enough.

It's not a pleasant experience to experience such a visit to Warsaw. I don't recommend it.

Close to transport ,bars, restaurants, shops For me and the rest of my family, this wasn't relaxation, but rather torment. I didn't feel like a guest in this apartment, but rather an intruder for the owner.

The apartment seemed clean. It turned out that the apartment was located at 16 Zelazna Street, as the owner has a total of 4 different apartments and chooses locations not necessarily on Pańska Street. First of all, there were no glasses or towels (for 4 adults there were two medium-sized towels and one small one), and the kettle was unusable (scale buildup). The owner wrote in a message that since there were cups, we could drink water or drinks from them. I don't understand why we needed glasses. At that time, the temperature was dropping at night, and there were no extra bedding or blankets. When I asked the owner if he could replace the missing items, I received a text message saying that this wasn't a hotel, and if we had such requirements, we should have rented a hotel, not an apartment. Communication with the owner was based on his sarcastic remarks. WhatsApp replies. On the first day of our stay, after a hot day, we wanted to take a shower. It turned out that the shower drain was clogged and all the water and garbage flowed out onto the apartment floor. So we had to clean up the flooded floors. I reported this defect. Instead of sending a qualified plumber, the owner sent a cleaning lady with a chemical. Despite several attempts, this chemical didn't work. Further attempts to take a shower on the remaining days of my stay resulted in further flooding of the bathroom and the adjacent floor. The sewage system was too clogged and required servicing. I heard the owner say it was the fault of women who shower and leave their hair in the sewage system... hmmm... I assume the owner knew about this problem much earlier and still didn't react. A broken electrical socket in the room, cables sticking out in the kitchen cabinets, dirt and debris under the sofa at least a month old... The apartment needed a general cleaning. The apartment is located on a larger street. Noisy street.

The bathroom is terrible. The toilet flushes poorly and the water pressure is low. 👎
