Uitstekende gastheer Cristiana, ze reageert snel, we mochten eerder inchecken. Klein, leuk appartement in een historische achterbuurt in Venetië. Niet ver van het treinstation, alle bezienswaardigheden zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar
De keuken was zeer goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken. Ons werd heerlijke koffie aangeboden en er waren diverse producten in de keuken aanwezig, zoals zout, suiker, olijfolie, azijn, enz.
Twee beden in grote kamer waren comfortabel wel bed in kleine kamer helaas niet
Het bed in de kleine kamer was oncomfortabel, in het matras ziet een duik in het midden waardoor, je naar de zijkant glijd

Excellent location. you can walk to the train station or it’s one stop away on the vaporetto. Lots of connections from the vaporetto stop, which is very close by, to many other places across Venice. Plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries nearby. Nespresso coffee maker included, with capsules. The person that greeted me was very professional and informative. She even purchased a bottle of clothing detergent for me because I wanted to do some wash.
The stairs leading up to the third floor are not easy to navigate, even for someone like me who is fairly limber. There is no elevator. There are only two small plastic bottles of bath gel, hotel sample size. Be prepared to follow specific instructions about trash removal. Host expects you to clean and put away all dishes you have used before you leave. The mattress could use a refresh.

It was the perfect apartment for me, my wife and my 9 year old son. The AC, fan blowers and the washing machine were life savers during the heatwave in August. The host is very nice and informative, the apartment very clean, the kitchen well equipped. Comfortable bed also. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
