very good！

The location was very good. It's located along the way from Santa Lucia station to Piazza San Marco! There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants that aren't so expensive. Very spacious, clean. And the restaurant downstairs (same owner) was very tasty(he gave us a discount)! The owner is very kind and quick to respond. Thank you!

Shower was a bit unsteady.

Fantastic location and our host was amazing

The room was large and felt very authentic

Very good deal and very good location

Excellent location, extremely hospitable staff, discount for the restaurant Venice Queen.

The address on google map is terribly misleading. I almost felt I booked a ghost hotel. For other friends who order this hotel, don’t search the hotel name, find Queen Restaurant Venice

5 / 10

Ok but won’t stay again.

Large enough

Ac pipe was pulled through a hole and mosquitos came in through it. Place felt dingy.
