The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had an excellent view over the river from the 11th floor. The bathroom was well sized. We got fresh water every day.
The room was very small. We are not used to AC, and the temperature outside was below 20 degrees C during night hours. We were unable to turn off the AC fan. We wished that we could at least half open the windows to bring in some fresh air.

The hotel was a quick and easy 10 minute walk from Hiroshima station. As expected, the room was really small but we only had 2 backpacks with us for our 2 night stay as we shipped our luggage beforehand - I don't think you can comfortably open suitcases within the space. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean - it had everything you needed. Other reviews mention difficulty checking in through the machines but we had no issues and the incredibly kind staff was available to help. We did not have breakfast included as we opted to try the many bakeries nearby, but many guests seem to have been enjoying it as we passed by the hall.
The room had a river view, however it would have been nice to be able to open the window a little as there was a slight musty/smokey smell when you first walked in (turning on the humidifier and AC helped and the smell eventually went away). The room was clean, but the only thing I will note is that the shower curtain was stained/dirty which was a little off-putting. Overall, the hotel is a little dated and I don't think it's worth the cost compared to other hotels we've stayed at with the same price range.
