Location, location, location! Adjacent to station, street cars, and food hall. Perfect stay for what we wanted. We walked to and from the castle.

Great location attached to the station. Staff were so friendly and our bags were waiting in our room for us by the time we checked in. Super clean, nice view of the trains coming in

Great location at the station, easy to get everywhere and many restaurants in de the neughborhood.
The room was small, uncomfortable and not clean. When we arrived the bathroom smelled of urine (like a public toilet which wasn’t cleaned in days). When we complained, the toilet was cleaned with bleach, with no apology. The room was otherwise also not clean - dust everywhere, and the bathroom was clearly not thorougly cleaned in a while. I also did not appreciate finding someone else’s hair in the bathtub when I stepped in. The grandeur of the lobby and the 4-star level was not matched in the rooms we had booked. Pity.
