Terrible experience – safety hazard, hidden fees, and filthy conditions. Avoid!

I really liked the location and its proximity to my final destination.

Very poor communication with the host. After traveling all day, we spent an hour waiting outside the main gate for check-in instructions, only to be informed that we had to pay a €300 deposit first—which was never mentioned during the booking or payment process. The interior looked much worse than in the photos. Instead of two armchairs, there was a sofa that was almost impossible to sit on because the wires and springs were barely covered by the fabric. There were no cleaning products at all—not even hand soap in the bathroom (just an empty dispenser). The kitchen equipment was useless and filthy: only one large plate, dirty mugs, and a disgusting, foul-smelling sponge. It honestly feels like no one cleans the place, despite a cleaning fee being added to the bill. It’s hard to believe places like this still exist. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. On top of that, the outdoor lights along the path to the gate were broken, and I received an electric shock just by accidentally touching one. If a child had touched it, I dread to think what could have happened.

Reasonable

It was ok, not very special

A lot of the furniture was low quality, stuf was damaged as wel and for example the tableware was incomplete and a mixture of all sorts of leftover plates etc

8 / 10

Quite and comfortable.

Quite, safe and comfortable area. Appartment fair equipped for a short stay (1 week). The mini GYM is a plus with the basic equipment needed.

The cross to access the facilities from the main road RD 215 is a little bit tricky. Specially during the night and coming from Champeaux direction.

Very well presented property and nice location if you are driving.

Secure and homely place

There was not enough cutlery, plates, and not an oven in place.

L’emplacement
