We liked how big the room was and that it had a nice view to the city, but also because it was near Arno river so you can easily access it and take a beautiful walk on the shore.
1. It’s kind of hard to get in, you first have to go to the reception in another building where they hand you a key for the entrance of the building you will be staying in, then go to that building and open the door with the keys and take the elevator(it fits maximum 2 people as it’s tiny)/stairs and enter o code on the door which opens a hall where you have a tray with another key that’s magnetic for your apartment door.
2. Sometimes, the windows get stuck and it’s a bit hard to open them. We had to open the windows and leave them like for an hour because they use (I think) chlorine for disinfecting and it smelled so powerful.
3. While taking a bath, beware of spillage because even if you are extremely careful, I don’t know how but we had a pool of water on the floor after each bath (we saw that the tube connected to the shower head spills water).
4. And maybe the most important one…I don’t think the cleaning ladies noticed the fecal stains on the towel and on the wall near the paper toilet holder which I can assure you it did not come from us as we have seen it right after checking in the apartment while setting ourselves in and placing our personal stuff in the bathroom.

Clean and spacious, nice location
It is automatised but you have to go another place to get the keys and the staff there was not welcoming at all.
He was very rude and to be honest not very reliable. Luckily then i came back to take my bad and there was a nice girl.

Great location
Very Disappointing Experience – Complicated Check-In and Poor Amenities
The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. We had to enter one building, input multiple access codes, retrieve a key, exit the building, enter another building, and collect yet another key. It felt like navigating a labyrinth just to get into our room.
Unfortunately, the room did not match the expectations set by the listing photos. The pictures made it look charming, with an attractive ceiling and inviting atmosphere, but in reality, the room was extremely basic and minimal.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. I reported the issue to the host, but the only response I received was, “Thank you for letting us know,” without any attempt to resolve the problem.
Another major disappointment was the bathroom. For the first time in my life, I stayed in accommodation without a proper shower. To wash yourself, you had to sit inside the bathtub, which was extremely uncomfortable and impractical.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working.
Overall, the combination of a confusing check-in process, misleading photos, unreliable internet, uncomfortable bathroom facilities, and nonfunctional air conditioning made this a very disappointing stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.
