Great location, walkable distance to main attractions and very close to tram.
The breakfast was really nice and tasty with many options to pick from!
Would be nice to have some labels on the different types of food served to breakfast. As a foreigner I would have liked to know exactly what type of turkish dish I was eating.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. From the reception staff to everyone else at the hotel, they were all absolutely charming. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good, and the location was convenient for getting around and exploring Istanbul. I truly loved the hospitality and the warm atmosphere created by the entire hotel staff.
Everything was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, this has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Everything in this hotel was wonderful, especially Ezzeldin, who was extremely polite and humble. His respect for the guests was truly remarkable. In addition, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
