Actually I like everything in the hotel first of all the location, second is the staff, in particular Mr. Mohamad at the reception, the house keeping, the restaurant on the rooftop with very delicious breakfast with daily differenr varieties, the room with Balcony overlooking the main street, the nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel whenever I am planning to visit Istanbul with my family.
Nothing!

Breakfast wasn't exceptional, but it was good. The cleanliness was good, and the staff were excellent—especially the breakfast team. The location was fantastic, with access to everything.
It doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The Wi-Fi was weak and kept cutting out, noise from the next room was very audible, and the mattress wasn't good.

Staff was very helpful and polite
Specially the syrian guy who is working at the reception he helped us to find the nearest opening pharmacy after midnight. He was very cooperative and friendly.
Everything was good and the property is a good value for money.

Breakfast was basic but passable
Front desk person Mohammet was excellent. Well mannered, courteous and efficient. He clearly stands out.
