Bearing in mind that the original advert referred to the property having 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom we were thrilled with the 4 doubles, 2 shower rooms and 1 large bathroom. It suited our party really well and everyone was delighted. The parking was generous and ideal for our 2 cars. Kitchen and dining equipment was spot on and the lounge area comfortable. The outlook onto the garden was attractive.
Not sure that there was anything that was a negative so there is nothing to add. We were delighted with the property.

The house is great for families, bathrooms lovely and kitchen. Bedrooms good and trampoline great for children. It is a good layout. Not far to walk into Orford. Quiet location.
On arrival there was a black bin overflowing near front door and bags beside it with flies around. BBQ was dirty so we didnt use it. Grill not properly clean. Window and door frames dirty and other bits. Disappointing after £126 cleaning charge. Contacted owner but nothing done. Only one wardrobe between all the bedrooms? Cot and high chair should be provided as it is a family bungalow.

Lovely , clean and comfortable accommodation, great showers. If in area again we would look to hire again
