Great base for exploring Suffolk and the coast. Excellent hosts - friendly, helpful and generous, nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast was delicious. We were invited to make ourselves at home, not just in our own room. Lovely garden - even a hammock! Thanks Ana!

Very clean house. Comfortable bed. Nice large bath towels. Thoughtful bottles of water, earplugs. Parking free. Quiet neighbourhood. Owner pleasant and polite.
Small room in shared house. Shared bathroom- ad said separate bathroom, otherwise I wouldn't have booked it. Shared drink making facilities. Small room. £40 charge for my dog, which I refused to pay as I considered the while set up overcharged. I was offered a refund if I wanted to leave but as it's bank holiday everywhere else was booked up. Didn't stay for breakfast.
