The tv / wifi was very slow and glitching.
The chains to lower and raise blinds were very high and hard to reach for a shorter person.

Very comfortable unit on a great location. A truly great location near mass transit, West End, and cultural center. So much to see and do nearby. Unit clean and modern. Staff was very helpful.
Needs minor fix of shower head holder.
