We have stayed at this property before, which brought us back, position is ideal and close to QPAC and South Bank.
The property has definitely slipped in presentation and cleanliness, so much we believe we won't be going back sadly. The bathroom was just yuk, shower was dirty and clearly has a lazy cleaning group and no QA done. The tiles in shower also are drummy and when you walk on them water from previous comes up, fungie and shower scum very visible, drain not clean etc. Carpets dirty. Kitchen was clean and bedroom seemed clean. However the sheet was inches short of end of mattress, geat if you are 5 foot but I consider myself average height just under 6 foot.
