Excellent location — everything is within walking distance. The hotel provided very clear and detailed self-check-in instructions in advance, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Upon arrival, the floor in the room was not quite clean — there was some dust and hair. Other than that, everything was great, and we had no complaints.

The closeness to the city center and Duomo, and the staff were very nice.
The shower, toilet, bidet, and sink leak water. There were not very many amenities. Walls are paper thin.
