A gorgeous cosy, warm, sunny house on the flat part of the Steepest Street in the World.
Baldwin street is a fun place to visit, it's in the "Top 20 Things To Do" in Dunedin on TripAdvisor.
You have your own carpark right next to your front door.
There is a sunny outdoor area.
The lounge room has an efficient heat pump, and sliding doors to the outdoor area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a full size fridge and oven, microwave, pots, pans, cooking utensils and condiments and there is a separate dining area.
Both bedrooms have heating.
The bathroom has a washing machine, dryer and good hot water pressure for a lovely warm shower.
The house is also close to other attractions in Dunedin, a pleasant walk to Otago University and a 5 minute drive to the City Centre.
There is an outside camera at the front of the house for your security.
Special conditions:
No smoking or parties.

The little house on Baldwin St was a great spot for our one night stay in Dunedin! So well set up & a gorgeous character cottage - we loved it
