This place is amazing! The kids went crazy over this. We did encounter a few things and the staff did what they could to fix some of the issues. After check in they provide you with a phone number that you can call if you need something but I found the response time was usually 12 or more hours later. If you have an issue you are best to go through the app to try to reach a service person.Another thing to note that while you do see a hot tub and a grill in the pictures, you will be charged extra to use them. (Just something to keep in mind). All in all though, it was a VERY nice place to stay and we were able to make some amazing memories. Also the common areas for the community including the lazy river and miniature golf are well kept and very inviting.

Incredible property! We had 18 people (8 adults) and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. All the adults raved about the house, the pool, the movie theater room, etc. Super convenient to Target, close to grocery store. Only 20 minutes to the OCCC for boys volleyball tournament. AC kept the house plenty cool. Lots of hot water for everyone to shower. Only thing missing would be an outdoor grill (but would be hard to use safely when the local alligator swims by). Will definitely look at their properties next year for our return trip to Orlando. Thank you!

This was the best vacation rental I've stayed in so far. There's something for everyone in the family to enjoy!

It wasn’t that clean. Dryers didn’t work well. Mattresses were uncomfortable. A bed was broken. Parking was great. Easy access to a lot of things to do. Nice having a semi private backyard. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. All in all it was Okay. But I feel it needs a major upgrade on beds, furniture, paint and carpet.
