We had 3 families with 5 kids staying for a week. We had a great time. The house was well equipped to handle large groups. The kids loved the gameroom and the pool. If you plan to cook, you will need to bring all of your own spices and condiments. The check in and check out were effortless. If I were to host a large group again, I would definitely stay here.

Serious WOW factor as soon as you walk in the door. Pictures are accurate to what you find inside. Was perfect size for our group of 17 (9 adults, 8 teens). No one waiting for bathroom and everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in. Management company gave us phone number of an actual person to call and address any of our needs. We called in about 4 times and got immediate responses to our questions. We had a problem with one of the 2 clothes dryers and a repairman came out next day to fix. A railing was loose, and same day it was fixed. (one in our party had a broken foot and really needed the railing) A few things we couldn't find in the kitchen and they were delivered to our door. Can't say enough positive things about this property and management group.

Be sure to READ EVERYTHING!! There were amenities we were expecting based on property description that were not available without additional charges. The property was nice, but I would not stay again. The security gate was a MAJOR hassle!!! Sometimes the line of cars to get in the community was 5 or 6 deep because the gate would not open. Also, the clubhouse noted is 10 minutes away and not convenient. Overall, my stay here was very frustrating because of the above and since it was a work trip and not vacation it took too much effort and time that I needed to spend on business. Should have probably just booked hotel rooms instead- which is what I will do next time in Orlando for work.
