We were very, very happy with our stay here. This is a tremendous value, with superb standards for quality in all areas: comfort, cleanliness, helpfulness, and a terrific breakfast. We really couldn't have been more pleased and are very appreciative of the reception and the breakfast staff. We highly recommend this hotel.
We have no recommendations (which is unusual for us!)

Area: Excellent location. Conveniently near public transport. A lot of great bakeries, restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. Nearby supermarkets and pharmacies also useful. I love this neighbourhood.
Room: The size of room, with balcony access was excellent for a 6-night stay. Good size luggage bench. Convenient to have a fridge and kettle in the room, and decent cupboard to hang clothes during a longer stay. Apart from bathroom, room seemed fairly newly renovated and clean. Nice to have the option of both firmer and softer pillows. Decent noise cancellation from windows and doors to balcony.
Breakfast: Nice breakfast - a lot of variety, with both healthy and more indulgent options. Something for everyone.
Staff were lovely.
Road noise and pollution made meant the windows and door to balcony stayed mostly shut.
Shower in my room could use a deep clean to bring it up to standard of rest of the room. Not a fan of shower curtains, sorry!

Great location, fab neighbourhood for restaurants and bars in 5-7 min walk, 20 min walk to Acropolis and super coffee place next door. Close to metro making getting about easy. Lovely breakfast. Soundproofed rooms so no issue with city noise.
Nothing really. Had complimentary water in room in fridge when we arrived - nice if that was replaced each day.

Location, Easy access to areas of interest the room was clean and neat and spacious. all equipment work, restroom was also clean. and room was cleaned really nice by the warden was asked.
Front desk customer service extremely bad! Only the 2 male front desk assistants was helpful and made sure everything was smooth and very helpful. The 2 female customer service attendants was not helpful and seemed like they did not care to assist anything we asked it almost seemed as we were bothering them if we approached them for assistance.
