This apartment is in a great location. Beware the stairs.

Fantastic location with lovely views across the canal. This is a modern apartment that was set up with kitchenette and well presented bathroom.

No washing machine in the apartment. Please note: the description identifies that "upper apartments are accessed by stairs". ALL apartments are accessed by steep stairs. That is ok for me however my friend who is older and has health challenges found the stairs difficult. Sitting furniture is also very low.

Apartment was in a perfect location, amazing views from the window and the apartment was lovely and modern inside

Perfect location and modern apartment!

Did not meet expectations unfortunately.

It was incredibly noisy nearly all night even with the windows closed so it was impossible to get any sleep. I asked the host whether they had any ear plugs but they didn’t have any. The host however told me not to worry as “things normally quieten down outside from 10pm. Unfortunately, that just wasn't the case. From about 12am to 4am, very loud techno music with a heavy, thumping bass came from across the river. It was impossible to fall asleep, even though I was utterly exhausted after a long journey yesterday. In the end, I had to take my duvet and pillows and decamp to the bathroom floor—behind a closed door—just to get some sleep. The floor was hard and very uncomfortable, but I had no other choice. In the morning I asked if the host could come back to me about refunding me or paying some compensation but, despite promising to get back to me he did not do so.

Great property in very central location

Main concern was it was very noisy due to a nearby bar/ nightclub. Music went on til 4am both nights that we stayed there causing us disturbed sleep. The bedroom area could do with improved soundproofing
