We did not get a response from the property on an issue we encountered in the apartment. Support does not seem to be available at this property. On a lesser note the property is noisy from adjacent businesses till early morning hour's like 2:30 AM. I do not recommend staying at this property.

5 / 10

This is a great place, very central Can be some noise outside during the weekend

5 / 10

Very well appointed room, with all you’d need if you wanted to cook whilst there too. Very convenient, 20 mins from the airport and great for eating out and exploring

I strongly advise against renting this apartment!! From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. There was hair everywhere—on the bed sheets, in the bathtub, and throughout the bathroom. The curtains were covered in dust and dirt, and the overall condition of the apartment was unacceptable. The maintenance issues were extensive and should have been addressed long before guests were allowed to check in: * The sofa has a broken mechanism and is not usable. * The bathroom door is damaged and does not close or lock. * The air conditioning does not work. * The toilet flush tank is cracked. * The ironing board is broken. * The shower fixtures are loose and improperly adjusted. * The shower head holder is pulling away from the wall. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. We contacted the host/property management multiple times and were instructed to submit a written complaint. We sent numerous messages and emails detailing every issue, yet all of them were ignored. No response, no apology, no attempt to resolve the problems, and no concern for their guests. This level of neglect and disregard for paying customers is completely unacceptable. The apartment is clearly not being maintained to even basic standards, and the management appears unwilling to take responsibility when problems are reported.

Fantastic area, easy access and great communication with the host regarding entry after hours. The apartment itself was stunning. Very clean and tidy, well looked after and very cosy! Only thing was that there was a lot of noise coming through the window at night. Otherwise unreal!

8 / 10Excellent·May 2025

The apartments are in a great location for accessing the old and new town. Design studio (5th floor) was tastefully decorated and well equipped. There was noise from the bar below until midnight and no blind on the balcony door which allowed light in from early morning.
