Location is excellent
The water temperature in the shower fluctuates without touching the controls but not a big deal!

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We used the secure parking in the basement (access via a car lift, for small cars only) - it's quite rare for Athens!
The location is central enough but not in the middle of the most touristy areas (we actually liked that). The neighbour felt generally safe, even if dotted by rundown buildings. We had dinner at a delicious taverna nearby.
Nothing.
