The breakfast was not impressive and the coffee paled to any we had elsewhere in Greece. The beds were not very comfortable. We also thought we would have a balcony, and we did not

As others said, the staff were really really nice.
Metro station near the hotel.
But unfortunately I don't book hotels mainly because of the staff. The room was so small, barely having space to open our luggage.
The mattress was not comfortable at all.
Although there was a metro close to the hotel, the neighborhood wasn't really nice when we walked around.
