The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location of the villa is excellent – it is very close to the bus stop, making travel to the old town extremely easy. A big plus is the secured parking, which is very useful if you travel by car. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary coffee provided by the host and the wonderful terrace filled with flowers, perfect for relaxing.
The check-in process was tiring, as we had to wait for the formalities standing up in front of the building after a long drive. To avoid this discomfort, the host could have requested our documents via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. Throughout our stay, we had the unpleasant feeling of being constantly watched. The most disturbing moment occurred around midnight when, despite already being in our private space, we were questioned by a member of the staff regarding our arrival details and identity. Such behavior at such a late hour seriously disrupted our privacy. Additionally, it was quite cold overnight, and in terms of amenities, a double room should have two chairs instead of just one.

Budget-friendly option to stay close to Ljubljana. Very clean. A bus ride to the city center is about 20 minutes and there is a bus stop close to the house. This is a residential area and it's very quiet. Didn't enjoy the balcony or garden during my stay, but we had a parking spot and navigating to the house was easy. Do note bathroom is shared among 4 rooms (6~ people) on the second floor and there are several flights of stairs to get to the rooms.
There should be two bathrooms or at least a separate WC room for 4 rooms on the upper floor as wait times could be long in the mornings and evenings as everyone was taking turns to use the bathroom when the rooms were full of occupants. A notice about the stairs would be nice too, in case there are mobility issues as there is no elevator or ground floor rooms to book.

The host had usually a smiling face till the last day. There was an iron available to use which I really needed when I arrived.
It was mentioned in the advertisement that there is a hanger in the room but when I got there I saw that it was like a hanger for jackets put in the halls instead of regular hanger for clothes. So I could not properly hang my clothes. It was the room next to the bathroom. Moreover, it was very noisy most of the time. There was literally no sound isolation and any sound coming from the bathroom or downstairs were clearly heard. There were some guests going to the bathroom and washing-drying their hair before 7 am or some others talking very loudly in resting hours. All this noise was very disturbing. Lastly, when I could not sleep well because of the noise and could not get up earlier, I needed to check-out with a little delay. And because there was a short delay, the host had a very cold face while I was leaving and not really talking, not wishing good-bye and so on.
