Very clean room, they clean it every day at around 10:00 am; the staff is incredibly helpful and kind; I stayed in the room with four beds, which felt like a perfect balance for having enough personal space; the location is amazing, just by the river, 5 mins away from the main square with the cathedral.

location, right on the river, 3 mins walk from Dragon Bridge, easy access, comfortable bed, large bedroom. Only 10-12 min walk from bus & train station. Safe place for a solo female traveller.
pillows rather floppy and old. You need eye mask and ear plugs to sleep, as noise travels from street and from other rooms/guests

Location is excellent and it had air conditioning.
Very expensive and could do with some updating. Didn’t have enough cutlery/crockery for number of people in a room.
