The property is spacious, with two large (one of them very large) bedrooms and a single. The property is in very good condition and was a comfortable retreat after days out in Durham and the local area. The kitchen is well-equipped and it was a pleasant surprise to find that some milk had been put in the fridge for us. Communication with Matt is very prompt and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The location is great .
Only one limitation just one bathroom upstairs for a three bedroom house and the staircase is too steep

Very clean good facilities ideal location for my needs. Decent selection of channels on the TV and good cooking facilities
Theere was no hot water the first night. I had to pressurise the boiler. Due to the storm There was a leak through the bedroom ceiling and the iron is not fit for purpose
