We very much enjoyed staying at this lovely beach house. It has a fantastic view of the water from the indoor living area and outdoor space. The kitchen is clean and well equipped with a large table with a lot of seating. The living rooms also has a lot of seating and a smart tv. We enjoyed grilling out and dinning at the table on the deck with a view of the water. The beach is just steps away from the house and there is everything you need for the beach provided. The house is in a nice neighborhood just a short drive away from Falmouth and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets to make it cozy. I definitely recommend this house and would rent again.

Overall good. Joe is very helpful. Access to beach was obstructed due to large construction. The crane was ugly and took away our views. My son was followed by a car and later another man while he walked with his GF in main St. He experienced racism and we became uncomfortable. We will never go to Falmouth again. But that has nothing to do with Joe. We thank Joe for his prompt responses.
