Location is unbeatable on the Cape. This four bedroom, two full bath home is located in Great Harbors, a highly sought after private kid-friendly waterfront community. Just a short walk to the association clubhouse, which features a pool and toddler wading pool with lifeguards, tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, baseball field, and basketball court. The community has a two mile circle that is ideal for family biking, walking, and running. The home has a large fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, and cozy sunroom that is perfect for reading a book while soaking in the salty Cape air. The fully finished basement adds an entertainment space with room for the whole family, including an additional sleeper sofa. It also offers a desk for those needing to log into work while away.
Only minutes from Cape Cod Winery, the Heights, and Falmouth's Main Street stretch. Also within 15 minutes of 4 highly rated golf courses. This home offers activities for the whole family.
Bikes are included with stay. All linens, towels, and kitchenware are also provided. Comfortably sleeps 10 with central A/C and laundry!

We had a wonderful stay at this East Falmouth rental. The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The four-bedroom, two-bath layout provided plenty of room for our family, and the house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One of the highlights was the fully air-conditioned basement, which offered additional living space. It included a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor, along with a separate lounge area featuring a comfortable sofa and a large wall-mounted TV—perfect for relaxing after a day out.The backyard was another standout feature. The spacious deck included a comfortable seating area, a gas grill, and a large outdoor dining table with an umbrella that easily accommodated eight people. There was also a fire pit with ample seating, making it a great place to gather in the evenings.We also enjoyed access to the nearby neighborhood pool and playground. Although there was an additional fee, it was well worth it, and our family made great use of both amenities.Overall, this is an excellent rental that exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in East Falmouth.

We had another fantastic stay at 177 Alcott! The home is exactly as depicted in the photos: well appointed, modern coastal vibe, all the beds are super comfy and clean, etc. The new back deck and accompanying dining table were enjoyed by our entire family, such an upgrade.We also can’t say enough about the Great Harbors community: it was perfect for our family. Girls could bike around independently, we all enjoyed the pool on non beach days and the activities offered were fun surprises: a float night, morning yoga, a July 4th bike parade and festival, etc. Brian and Kristen were again super easy to communicate with; incredibly responsive and a great resource for local questions. Overall, we loved our stay. The house is located in a lovely, welcoming community in close proximity to the beach and just a 10 minute drive to Falmouth Center. 10/10 for us!! We will definitely book again!

House was beautiful, as described in listing and photos. My family of two adults, two kids plus my elderly mother had more than enough room! Kitchen was well stocked and we loved all the beach toys & chairs. Stairs up and down are a bit steep but my mom took a main floor bedroom so it worked perfect. We would happily return here & recommend it for anyone visiting Falmouth.

We had a great stay here! The house was in a convenient location and our kids loved the access to the playground. The fenced in yard was great for a pup and the finished basement was a nice bonus space to hang out. The owner, Kristen, was very communicative and helpful. The house had everything you'd need.. laundry, kitchen items, beach chairs, bikes, etc. Highly recommend!
