The staff were always very polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and whenever we requested cleaning, the staff came promptly. The restaurant offered plenty of food and a great variety of dishes, with different options every day
There was honestly nothing in particular that we disliked. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and had a wonderful stay.

The waterpark. Kids really had fun.
Program for kids starts a bit late. It would be nice if it will starts earlier than 9pm.

Good hotel facilities, free water park, decent food as for all-inclusive (except the Mexican restaurant, starters great but main dishes rather bad)
Rooms and the pool bar are 3-star hotel level, though still worth it for the price

we loved the water parks
the snaks next to the pool
and the staff was extra nice and pleasent
the Shower head was leaking
in the second day the toilet was leaking also
we were asked to move to a new room because it can't be fixed - smalller one and noisier
after a day we came back to the staff and told them we dont like the room. they moved us back to the older room- the toilet was fixed, but the room wasnt cleaned yet.
there is a long line for pancakes in the morning ...
