This was my fourth visit to Alexander and I’ve always found it clean, comfortable and well organised.
Debbie was doing a friendly and efficient job on reception as well as producing the usual generous spread at breakfast catering for all tastes (including this picky vegetarian). The aircon was a must on my previous trips in June but it was also very welcome in September when it was still very warm at night.
My rating for value for money is slightly lower than my other scores only because I booked a a bigger room than usual and realised once there that I didn’t need the extra features so I’ll revert to a standard double room in future.
Alexander’s location is great for the beaches of kathara bay and mandomata. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars of central faliraki or 5 minutes to the restaurants strung along the edge of kathara bay. The nearby mini market stocks snacks and some essential food and wine supplies if you like to keep the room fridge stocked.
The optional airport transfer is operated by Mr Mos who provides a reliable, punctual and friendly service at a reasonable price.
I’ve no adverse views on this property.

Had a great time at Alexander studios. Location was ideal right by the beach and towards the quiet side of faliraki.
Staff were incredibly friendly particularly the lady at breakfast. The breakfast was good quality and flexible with opening hours.
Our apartment was cleaned everyday and had everything we needed.
An amazing time :)
The apartment has kitchen facilities but they were quite limited so we didn’t cook much.

Basic breakfast, good coffe, short way to beach.
The most awfull bed: the old and hard matress over literally the wood boards. NO SLEEP. Slippery shower.
